What is the return policy?
If you are wanting to return a product just drop me an email. Unless the item is damaged or faulty we do not cover return shipping costs.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! However, only at my discretion. I am not always open for customs as it depends on my capacity.
When will I get my order?
I do my best to stick to a 1-3 working day dispatch. However, this is not always possible as I am disabled so my official dispatch time is up to 7 working days.
Do you give Freebies?
Yes! Every order gets sweets and stickers! Orders over £30 get a free random CalmBead Loop!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
My UK shipping rates are:
Orders under £20 = £3 P+P
Orders over £20.01 = £4
Orders over £60.01 = free shipping
How often do you do Drops?
I aim to do a drop every 5-6 weeks. This is dependant on my capacity.
