I have always felt and been seen as 'different' blaming anxiety, depression and anything else. Then at 22 a therapist mentioned ADHD... so on the wait list I went. Then fast-forward a year to 2025... I had a complete breakdown and Mental Health crisis. Years of not being understood. Years of being told to just get on with it. It all came crashing down in spectacular style. I was still waiting for the ADHD assessment. And then I was asked if I was autistic...This is where everything clicked into place. AuDHD. The most perfect fit for explaining my brain. I started work with my CPN learning how my brain works and found out a wacky track was not a silly plastic toy... it was a fidget and still one of my favs lol! I found the fidget community shortly after and in November 2025 I was diagnosed with combined ADHD. I am still awaiting an autism assessment to confirm AuDHD. During the hardest year of my life, fidgets brought me comfort. The online community. The distraction. The likeminded people who understood me. In the worst year of my life it was the light in a very dark tunnel and I have met some wonderful people who I now call friends.

Then one day I decided to make myself some loops as distraction... I loved it! I enjoyed creating so I decided to sell some... people brought them and the feedback was awesome... I was helping people who I relate too and understand. So here we are... it grew more than I could imagine and I'm so so grateful to each and every person that has ever placed an order with me. It means more than you know. Making loops gives me a purpose and to know I'm helping others means the world to me!
